      HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

      Note: The return must take place at the latest 30 days after receipt of the socks.

      Immer wieder eine Freude! Super Service und tolle Socken. Die Freunde sich auch begeistert!

      Schick, doch leider reichlich Plastik

      Die Socken sind optisch prima und auch gut zu tragen. Schade finde ich, dass sie zu weit mehr als der Hälfte aus Kunststoffen bestehen (33% Acrylic, 28% Polyester, 2% Elastan). Das sollte nicht sein. Wären sie zu 100 Prozent aus Wolle (und die noch Bio), dann wäre es super. Da zahle ich auch gerne einen höheren Preis.

      HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SOCKS?

      Socks can be machine washed of no more than 30°C, and they should never be put in the dryer or ironed.

      WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

      The shipping time to EU orders is 5-10 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or contact our support team at care@thenordicsocks.eu

      We ship to all European countries. However, orders to Germany and Austria should be placed on https://www.thenordicsocks.de/ and orders to Switzerland should be placed on https://www.nordicsocks.ch/

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

      Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available. Note: if you order multiple items on our store, they will come in one package. Please take into consideration that packages are shipped only when all items are available, so delays might occur.
